Good phone, awful service

I will Never buy another AT%26T phone. The service is too expensive, and they won't unlock it until you've paid for a Full 12 months of their 'service.'
But the phone itself - Samsung, works just fine.

We are still having a hard time activating this phone with his original phone number!! We took it up to for them to do it and they couldn't do it either!! So mow we are going to just get another phone number! 😡

Not able to activate

went to go activate it and it said i had to take it back to the place of purchase and they would activate it there, but i purchased it online and the i went to the tech guy said he couldn't activate it there and i would have to call customer support, but the younger guy beside him came up to me and told me that another location he used to work at was able to activate them even when they were purchased online? By the way customer support wasn't helpful and said i had to take it back to the i got it from although i explained i purchased it online. Never buying another phone from again
